Oh, dairy alternatives, how often you fail us…but not this time! Not sure if it’s the jalapenos or the right balance of mock dairy-ness, but this is by far one of our favorite cheeses for cheese and crackers. Not a huge fan of it on sandwiches, but it is totally usable for that as well. The creamy texture and clean aftertaste, really allows this cheese to fulfill the craving of crunchy crackers melted by creamy goodness. This is a must have for quick snacks and can be a great H’orderves at your next gathering. Plus, it’s soy free which makes it more accessible for those with allergies!
What we did with it
Though we use it in a limited way, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s a staple in our house.
So this is more about pairing then preparing. For us, we are obsessed with Daiya – Jalapeno Havarti Style Wedge and Mary’s Gone Crackers – Onion Crackers.
These organic, gluten free, organic onion crackers are to die for.
